We at Practical Financial Planning are keeping current with and following procedures recommended by public health authorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As of this update (Tuesday, February 2, 2021):
All in-person meetings remain suspended.
As fiduciary financial planners, there is nothing more important to us than the well-being of our clients. The suspension of in-person meetings will reduce the spread of illness to clients, team members, and others. We will resume in-person meetings as soon as it is prudent to do so.
As always, we are happy to hold client meetings remotely, either through Zoom or by telephone. You can schedule a meeting with us here.
We are continuing to collect mail, but since December 2020 have experienced extraordinary delays in delivery. (One letter postmarked December 15 was not received until January 2.) If you need to send us hard-copy documents, please use a delivery service with tracking, such as USPS Priority Mail, or call Brittney to mail directly to Ken's home address. We can make other arrangements with you, such as in-person drop-off, on a case-by-case basis.
We welcome your comments on these procedures. For information about COVID-19, visit the websites of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Ohio Department of Health, or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
